With 26 years of dance experience and 10 years teaching, Samantha specializes in ballet, tap, and jazz. Former Oakland Raiderette and competition team coach, she focuses on technical precision and student confidence.
Maya Denise Gaskin
Special Event Director
A professional dancer with Golden State Warriors Jr Jam Squad, Maya teaches hip hop and folklorico. She combines performance experience with scholarship-winning choreography for competitive and recreational students.
Remmie Bourgeois

We Love Sunshine Dance and Cheer. They have done a fantastic job keeping my daughter safe during Covid, while still providing her the benefit of in person dance lessons. The instructors are top notch. My daughter can't wait to go to class each week. This is our third session with Sunshine and we will keep coming back!

My daughter is 4 years old and we signed her up for her first dance class (tutus and tap shoes) via zoom. Because of covid, my daughter needed something to get her moving while still staying at home, and Ms. Samantha had zoom options available. She was so great. My daughter is always very quiet and timid around new people and different environments, and even though it was through zoom with only 2 other little girls, Ms. Samantha was able to connect and instruct so well! Great introduction to dance and it helps that she links the moves and motions with Disney princesses and other toddler-relatable

My daughters love the classes. My oldest has gone in person and now my 3 year old and 5 year old are taking online zoom classes and i'm so happy they are enjoying the classes virtually. Teacher Samantha is very engaging with the kiddos, gives praises, and is very nice. Highly recommend.
