As a young man, his passion for architecture and building lead him to study and earn a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin in Building Construction and Architecture. After graduation, Neil worked for several firms in the Chicago area and Boulder, Colorado. In 2003, Neil established Hardin Builders, Inc and currently builds throughout Chicagoland and Wisconsin.

Hardin Builders Inc. was fantastic to work with! SO AWESOME! Kitchen looks great in the picture, but I've got to say it is even better to actually USE! Thanks again for the great work. We wanted a full kitchen design build, which included expanding the kitchen into the adjacent sun room. The renovated space is absolutely beautiful and everything we dreamed it could be.
