No compassion by manager or boss for a new employee who was always early every shift the whole few weeks I was there, until one day on my day off my dog chased a bunny got lost searched all day and night didn't sleep that night but I was demanded to still show for my 6am to 6 pm shift. Any dog lovers out there would do the same,I called explained what had happened the manager there demanded I still needed to come in, of course I didn't long story short day six I found my dog he slept out in the 20 degree weather of winter came home extremely skinny but happy all because I chose to find my dog than

I am pleased to have an opportunity to comment on the care my sister received while living at the Pines. While none of us look forward to not being able to live in our own homes She certainly had good care during the approximate two years that she was at the Pines . The Pines has a caring and kind staff. The food was better than expected and the owners went the long mile not only for my sister but also for our family. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality care for their loved one.

Owners are NOT to be trusted! Do NOT put someone you love in this place! I witnessed them absolutely destroy my elderly mothers spirit when they literally ordered her out after I, her caretaker, DARED to question the increased rent on her contract renewal. While there she suffered a fall that caused bleeding into her brain and a hospital stay and then, a few months later, she was left without her call button and fell trying to retrieve it breaking her hip and pelvis. NEITHER incident was reported to the State in this licensed home. If its YOUR loved one, look elsewhere!

When it became clear that it was too risky for my Mom to be at home with us any longer, I was in a bit of a panic about finding the right place for her. I am so grateful that we found Frankfort Pines. It quickly became apparent that she was in the very best place possible with caring people and in a beautiful environment. The facilities are always so clean and bright, and the staff is always so helpful. If she couldnt be at home with us she had definitely moved into a place that was the next best thing. And as her needs changed and her circumstances meant she needed more help, Steve and Pam
