Recreational Gymnastics
Our recreational program serves ages 2-18 with progressive skill development using specialized equipment. Certified coaches guide students through age-appropriate curricula at individualized paces. Competitive Teams
We offer multiple competitive pathways including Junior Olympic (Levels 2-E-lite), Xcel, and Hot Shots programs. Our USA Gymnastics-certified coaches develop elite athletes through structured training regimens. The teams compete regionally and nationally while maintaining focus on technical excellence, sportsmanship, and personal growth within a supportive team environment.
Summer Camps
Our summer camps provide structured gymnastics training combined with recreational activities for ages 3-13. The program includes skill development sessions, supervised play, and themed activities. Campers must be potty-trained with medical clearances, and parents receive detailed guidelines for required attire, nutrition, and safety protocols.
Birthday Parties
We host themed birthday celebrations featuring 1 hour of gym access and 30 minutes of party space usage. Packages include gold medal ceremonies, dedicated staff assistance, and basic party supplies. Options accommodate 10-20 children with customizable add-ons available for enhanced celebrations in our specialized gymnastics environment.
Kids Night Out
This supervised evening program operates on second and fourth Saturdays for ages 5-12. Activities combine gymnastics training with recreational games and social time between 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Pricing includes tiered rates for siblings with structured supervision throughout the extended evening hours in our secure facility.

My two daughters love this gymnastics location and we have tried out several different businesses. The staff is super friendly and all have the right attitude when it comes to the kiddos, Coach Kenny is very cool my daughters also love the Friday toddler play and Saturday evening pizza and play!

For one, let's talk about how clean this gym is. I love that it doesn't smell or isn't dusty! Also, my daughter has been here since May 2021 on team & we absolutely love it. The coaching is so good. I really love the dynamic of their relationship ship with my daughter. She has been pushed so hard, in a good way of course. I definitely recommend it. This place is a hidden gem in the heights !

Always clean, professional and my kids love it there!! We've been members for more than 2 years and I can definitely say it's helped my kids gain skills to stay healthy & keep up core strength they need to sit in a chair at school all day. Our experiences have overall been very positive & we love kids night out!
