Vinyasa is an intermediate to advanced form of Flowing Yoga. This class incorporates synchronized breathing and motion, creating a graceful transition where poses flow in sequence from one to another. Vinyasa is a remarkably powerful and rewarding workout, and leads to enhanced breathing capacity, endurance and cardiac strength.

Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the student. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition.

We now offer completely customized massages, which allow for more attention focused onto problem areas or other areas of concern. This unique service allows our clients to receive individualized massage plans for specific therapeutic effect, such as needing only deep tissue massage in a select area while receiving Swedish massage throughout the rest of the body.
