Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $100.00 service fee. Late Check-Out until 6:00 p.m. may be available - a $75.00 fee will apply (Subject to Availability). Our management team and leadership regularly monitor weather and local news for anything that may cause our beaches to be closed.
