ShinPu-Ren Family Karate is a long established school with a curriculum that spans multiple disciplines of open hand Martial Arts, our students receive a solid well rounded education in their training with us. We use numerous teaching materials and methods, including computer research and video instruction to get our students to progress to their highest level possible.

As students progress through the rigorous training, all aspects of coordination including mental and physical endurance, flexibility, strength and confidence develop. The Martial Arts student develops empowering life skills among them, leadership, communicating, coping, transitioning and managing in their daily life.

Body opponent bags, cardio and aerobic work out equipment, along with numerous free weights and fitness equipment. Our outdoor training yard provides students a 400 sq ft grass training ring, a 400sq ft sand training ring, outdoor equipment for strength and conditioning, a knife throwing and archery practice area along with numerous balance and endurance equipment.

Most kids give up on reporting acts of bullying. Repeatedly being ignored by teachers or staff, seeing the lack of consequences for bullies who are reported, feeling helpless and hopeless to do anything about it, or possible retaliation for telling can all create profound fear for their own personal safety.
