Our experienced cat groomers work throughout the grooming process in a relaxed atmosphere designed to minimize stress. If we think that you cat should receive sedation, we will recommend you to a veterinarian.

No! Absolutely not, only a licensed vet should tranquilize a pet. We do not recommend that you get your pet tranquilized as they fight it and it only makes things worse. If we can't handle your pet there will be no charge. A lot depends on the pets lifestyle and living conditions, as a general guide.

We respectfully ask for that at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet(s) appointment without a fee. This allows us sufficient time for us to find a replacement appointment for our groomers. Missing an appointment, not showing, or providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of $30 per pet applied for your next service with us.
