We offer lease terms from 7 months to 15 months. Any lease term that is shorter than 12 months has a short-term lease fee of just an additional $100.00 each month. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a reasonable grace period of 3 days before late fees apply. The preferred method to pay your rent is through your online resident account with Domuso.
