When you purchase a new motorcycle your engine's computer is already tuned to work with the components that came with it. When you modify or change those factory parts, your engine is no longer optimized, the computer map is no longer calibrated to the component(s) on your bike. You may need a new engine map.

We took the old school fashion of the 1948 Harley Davidsons and put in new school technology. We added a 96 inch engine, a 5-speed transmission, as well as an electric start. A 1 inch belt drive was hidden in the stock tins. The motorcycle is twelve volt with turn signals and a Mallory electronic distributor; it has an S&S carburetor and a custom made exhaust with a Thunder Header slip welded onto the tail fin.
