Kewanee Physical Therapy
Kewanee Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists opened in 2004 to have the chance to treat patients in a relaxed and comfortable setting. We listen to the needs and wants of our patients to help them eliminate pain and get back to the activities that they enjoy most. Our clinics always have an atmosphere of fun, which strengthens the relationships we have with our patients outside of therapy.

As all of our patients know, when you are a client of Kewanee, you are also a member of our extended family. And we want the best for our family. Been going for almost 4 months for cardio-therapy. They have all the equipment one could want to work out on, and the therapists are a pleasure to work with.

I opened Kewanee PT & Rehab Specialist in 2004 to have the chance to treat patients in a relaxed and comfortable setting. I wanted to be able to listen to the needs and wants of my patients, and to help them eliminate pain and get back to the activities that they enjoy most.

I expanded my practice to Galva and Stark County, adding Physical and Occupational Therapists along the way, always keeping in mind that our patients were members of our extended family. At Kewanee PT & Rehab Specialist, our team is here to provide support to YOU and help you reach YOUR GOALS. Our success is dependent upon your success, and we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can comfortably heal.
As a practice committed to helping patients be pain-free, Kewanee Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists are always accepting resumes from those therapy and administrative staff who pride themselves on accepting new challenges and who have a strong desire to help others. We only accept staff into our practice who have the drive, passion, and enthusiasm for helping the patients we serve.
Physical therapy isn't normally someone's first thought when they have a headache - most of the time, the common reaction is to take some form of pain-relieving medication. This may help to relieve pain in the short-term, but if you are constantly suffering from headaches or migraines, pain relief drugs will not provide you with the same long-term effects that physical therapy will.
The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) states that approximately one-third of the population experiences neck pain every year. The neck is an integral part of your everyday movements, and neck pain can create undesirable challenges on daily tasks you can usually complete with ease. If left untreated, neck pain can lead to some serious conditions, and surgical correction may even be needed.
There are many different types of pain that you may feel in your shoulders, such as soreness of a pulled muscle or the agonizing bone-on-bone friction of arthritis. Shoulder pain can present itself in many ways. Maybe you feel pain in your shoulder when you're trying to get into a comfortable sleeping position, or maybe you notice it when you reach to your top cabinet to grab a glass.
