This was the most professional and friendly experience I've had with any comparable service industry companies. The quality of their work was excellent. The price was reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about the whole process from my first call to the receptionist, to their followup throughout the process, to the completion of the job. Great work done by Controlled Climates. All employees were honest, hard-working, and helpful. Answered any and every question we had. Old AC unit was in horrendous shape, but Controlled Climates did everything to improve our condition by 150%. Definitely recommend this business.

They answered my call right away. They sent a tech out within a couple hours. The tech texted when he was on his way. He was very thorough and explained what he was seeing and doing. He showed me part that was defective. He fixed it right then. Fantastic service! Was very happy with them.

We had been customers of a competing HVAC and Plumbing service for several years. An incident occurred that made me think of getting help from another company. We needed a replacement for our AC/Heater and a new water heater. We contacted three companies for inspections and estimates. They all found the same problems and offered essentially the same solutions. But the estimates were not nearly the same. Controlled Climates came in at a reasonable price. They were ready to complete the job on our timeframe and they were easy to work with. Also, they offered a good warranty and a zero percent financing
