Your Mental Wellness Partner in Fort Collins
As a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Since establishing my private practice in Colorado in 2001, I have combined evidence-based modalities like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing with creative approaches to foster holistic healing. My background includes coordinating sexual abuse treatment programs and working in fast-paced municipal healthcare settings, experiences that shaped my understanding of symptom management versus true emotional transformation.Bilingual in Cantonese and English, I bring cultural sensitivity to my work with both adults and children aged eight and above. My practice emphasizes body-mind integration through techniques like qigong and yoga, alongside traditional talk therapy. Continuous professional development and personal wellness practices ensure I remain present and effective in supporting clients' journeys toward self-discovery and resilience.
