The beauty of living 8 to 15 stories up, is the view. The view gives accent to your daily and nightly life with twinkling, distant lights.

Rented an apartment from one of the condo owners, Kirk Waechter, who refused to return my security deposit. Spoke to a lawyer and would have filed a claim, but flying back to Philadelphia didnt seem to be worth the $. Never had that issue before. Otherwise the staff are professional and common areas including the laundry room are clean. Move in/out fees and garage are expensive, but comparable to other buildings in Philadelphia.
TL;DR dont rent here.

A great condo in Washington square. It's near stores, a park, and Saturday morning markets. Hopkinson has a parking garage, a barber, and more just inside the building.
