I called. No answer, no big deal. I left a message. I Wanted to replace my furnace and central air. That was 22 days ago! I'm done waiting for the call back.

I had to get a second opinion from another hvac tech for our furnace. I was told the motor for the fan needed to be replaced but all it was, was the capacitor. That's a difference between $50 and $200-400!!

They generally do a great job, car comes out clean and ahiny. My only advice is that they spend more time spraying the very front and lower trim since it is summer and their are bug guts all over the front. Vaccuums and wipe down towels are great.

Ripped of my sister by saying it wasnt their fault that they never connected a wire in her heater, which caused a ton of problems for her, even though they were the only ones in there. So not only did they not do their job after she paid them, she had to pay someone else to do it too. Shouldve looked at reviews before hiring them as it seems like a gamble to go with them if youll get good service or not.

There service is terrible. Didn’t plug in all the wires after they fixed my fan motor in my heater. Had to pay someone else to finish the work they should have done just so I could get heat in my house.
