Maurice and Dawn Samuels founded By Dawn's Early Light Home Care Services in 2015. They both have such a love and respect for those that are vulnerable with home care needs. At a young age Dawn watched her mother battle every stage of breast cancer, during a time home based services such as: private duty home care, hospice services, and palliative care were not an option.

Respite gives caregivers the opportunity to leave home for a chosen period of time with a piece of mind of knowing their loved ones are in capable hands. Respite care is a wonderful resource for family/primary caregivers to be relieved for just a few hours while running errands or 24 hours around the clock while leaving for vacation or for an event.
