Dr. Metcalfe is a licensed, counseling psychologist and co-founder of M&N Psychological, PLLC. He has over 34 years of experience, the last 10 within the state of Texas. He has worked in hospital settings, community mental health, universities, and more recently, as a police psychologist. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his doctorate from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

Dr. Ngo was a featured panelist at the 8th Annual Texas Higher Education Symposium. This panel was comprised of scholars and practitioners discussing campus climate and marginalization issues prevalent on college campuses today.
