I incorporate a variety of Yoga, Thai bodywork and Reiki lineages into my offerings! Having taught for almost 30 years, I love learning and my students are my best teachers. My practice deepened following an accident and opening a studio was the next step in my journey. Taught by Rebecca Elsen (eRYT500, YACEP) and guest teachers we draw upon the lineages of Hatha and Vinyasa. We will briefly delve into Restorative, Chair, Yin, Kids and Yoga Nidra. Yoga Alliance is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) membership professional and trade association. Member benefits and services are provided through Yoga Alliance, including our Community Meet-Ups, Member Perks and Online Workshops.

We have donated $4,239 to the charities below through our teacher's and student's efforts. Rikki's Refuge in Orange County, Virginia, is a 450-acre, no-kill, all species peaceful sanctuary supported solely by donations of kind and loving individuals. The new mission of the Culpeper Humane Society is to debunk the myth of pet-overpopulation and lead the public in an effort to implement a No Kill Community.
