We have a newer custom home that I built myself. We reclaimed a solid wood door that weighed almost 300 pounds. After a few years of kids slamming the door, we developed cracks. Big cracks! We searched for a long time for a door manufacture. We knew it would be expensive because we literally built our opening around the reclaimed door. We went a few more years, purchased a custom screen door for $3800, and then went a few more years. Finally, this year I had enough with the cold air coming into the house. Doors are solid built and of high quality materials. The small glitch was with the long wait for our doors to be build and delivered (6 months actual vs. 12-14 weeks) but that was not the fault of this company but rather the global COVID pandemic. So be prepared to wait a bit but at the end it is well worth the wait. Thank you "Doors for Builders" !

After months of searching the internet and calling different companies I choose Doors For Builders to purchase a new front door for a new home construction. From start to finish there was solid communication and sharing of information about the product and the ordering process. It was apparent that Daniel and his team knew what they were talking about. I ordered an 8 foot x 3 foot door with Aluminum Cladding and long black handle. The door arrived on time and far exceeded my expectations.
