Ruth does such a wonderful job of merging relaxation and therapy. Ive had chronic neck pain for years. My massages with Ruth are the only things that have given me any relief.

I had a pretty extreme roller skating fall, breaking my shoulder in 2 places, spraining my elbow and wrist, and tearing my bicep, I did okay in physical therapy, but I wasnt healing as quickly as I wanted. Once I began seeing Ruth, I began to heal much quicker. Ruth continues to work on breaking down my scare tissue, get blood back in my shoulder and bicep, work out the tension and knots
From the fall, and get my muscles moving again. Ruth has helped & continues to help me immensely! Thank you Ruth for helping me get more and more mobility back!

Massage has become part of my wellness routine. Ruth is a gifted and intuitive massage therapist who is quick to listen (whether sharing the cares of your world OR asking for more/less pressure) and provides the best care for whatever is aching. She makes the most of your time on the table as one of the most efficient and thorough therapists I've ever worked with. The atmosphere is serene, relaxing, and the only thing I hate is when our time is up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently started running. I started running because Ruth never stopped encouraging me to find a way to relieve the stress that I held in extremely painful knots in my neck, shoulders, and back of my head. She has always worked those knots out carefully, expertly, but the point is she cared enough about me and my total wellness to never stop encouraging me to be wholly healthy.
Ruth is more than a massage therapist, she is a healer. Side note....the running burns in my legs like you wouldn't believe, but she works out all those pains too. There is no one better to meet all of your relaxation
