Remediation Our technicians are highly trained and have years of experience in the field of mold remediation. Whether we are cleaning a wet crawl space or removing mold affected drywall from a living room, we treat every case with the highest level of care. When it comes to mold remediation, an improper job can result in more mold spores being spread into areas where they may not have previously been.
Mold
Report
Mold is a fungus that occurs naturally. It is a microbe that feeds on dead and decaying organic material. This is great for speeding up decomposition in nature, but bad for the foundation of your house. There are tens of thousands of different types of mold. Some estimates put it as high as 300,000.

Bloom Environmental is an excellent company to work with!
We were in the process of selling our house, and the inspector found vermiculite insulation in the attic - of course, the Buyers wanted it removed. I started researching to try and figure out what this would cost and how long it would take. I found everything from $2k up to $40k and anywhere from a day to remove it, to well over 2 weeks. Obviously with selling our house, time and money are HUGE factors. I got a hold of James from Bloom Environmental on a Friday, he came out to my place the following Monday. Looked at the space, took measurements

An A+ to James and Allie Plessinger, and Bloom Environmental! They are awesome! Just before I was to start a basement waterproofing project with Company X, the Company X representative informed me that the vinyl tile and underlying mastic in an area of the basement of my house (built in 1945) likely contained asbestos, that the wood paneling in that area contained mold, that these would need to be remediated/removed before their waterproofing work could begin, and that I needed to hire another company to do the work. Thank goodness Company X recommended Bloom Environmental!
