First we waited for over a week with terrible back pain for the appointment. Then when we get to the building ten minutes early to fill out paperwork and we wait after finished with the paperwork. And wait, for a FULL HOUR before being seen by the doctor. While waiting we could see and hear someone on staff having the longest and most detailed conversation I have ever heard in a doctor’s office. After the random person (unmasked) was done catching the staff member up on their lives they left the building and 20 seconds later we are called back to see the doctor when low and behold the chatty

Trish- Practice Manager- was excellent in taking her time late at night in order to make sure my wife’s prescription was filled before our trip overseas. She worked diligently to solve an error that had occurred due to the merge that took place from the previous clinic. Hours later after her sons football game she took the time to correspond with both of us via phone and text to keep us updated on the status. Late at night she solved the issue and was able to fix the error. We were able to retrieve the medication prior to the 10 pm closing time at Walgreens. Thanks Trish!

I wish I could select a rating lower than one for the lack of simple human empathy that Dr. Abbasi showed my father. I made an appointment for him to do a general check up since he has not been in the best health lately. Dr. Abbasi rushes him out of the office with an arbitrary prescription for antibiotics that served no purpose for my father. My father needed blood work ordered. I called the office and made another appointment within a few hours of the first one, explaining AGAIN that my father needed some blood work done along with a general check up. He got back to the office and they were charging

Front desk lack communications twice. She scheduled me for a wellness checkup and failed to tell me what to expect like fasting.. no call reminder for appointment either.
Met doctor and she told me to either come back to her office or to go to quest to get my blood drawn again since I didn't fast. Front desk rescheduled me for 8am and when I arrived she told me they don't have a nurse to draw my blood nor do they do testings anymore at the office. Really?!? So why did you even scheduled me in for bloodwork? wasted my time .
Will not be returning

Generally, I really dislike going to doctors, I feel like the whole process takes too long, and I leave without anything resolved. However, I was recommended to go to this practice to have a simple procedure done. The front office was quick and efficient, and had me in a room in no time. Juliet was especially helpful with my concerns with my insurance. I had called ahead of time to figure out what was covered, and she didn't just leave me hanging until I came to the office, she followed back up with me and explained what would be covered, and what I could expect out of pocket. I have been looking for a Doctor's office to call home for a long time. I have found my "HOME". The Doctors and staff go above and beyond any expectations I could have expected. Sabrina at the front desk was awesome. very personable and concerned to get me seen and taken care of in a timely manner. Zelda helped out and had great spirit. Juliet came in when I was in the exam room and was calming, gentle and attentive about what was ailing me. My entire family has been coming here for years. My brother's family as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my healthcare. Dr. Meisner will be missed but Erin is still there and from what my brother says the new docs are pretty good.
From the moment I walk in it's a warm welcome from all. Sign in is easy and the wait is never long. Juliet is a fantastic nurse and gentle with a needle. I highly recommend this office as your healthcare provider.
