Having just returned home to Miami after almost 3 years of living in California, Bay Pointe Dermatology was my first stop. I was a patient prior to moving and no matter how hard I tried, I never found a dermatologist, an office or a staff as wonderful as Dr. Lima and her staff. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. No matter what my issues are or what questions I have, I have never been made to feel as though I was being upsold (quite the contrary, Dr. Lima has steered me away from treatments/procedures rather than pushed me towards anything

Dr. Lima literally saved my skin after I got an infection. She knew exactly what to do and made sure that I was treated correctly. The staff are also very professional, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking to get high-quality and proper care.

Although going to a doctor is not usually looked on as a pleasant experience, it is when I go to Dr. Lima-Maribona. The whole atmosphere is pleasant, friendly, caring, efficient, professional - from receptionists to assistants, to check out persons. Of course, Dr. Lima is the best! What I appreciate is that she cares about me personally, not just as another client. Another thing I appreciate is that I am seen in a timely manner, not having to spend excessive time waiting.

Great bedside manner. Dr Lima goes right to cause of the problem and solves it. I had been to another dermatologist for my sebaceous cyst without a solution. Dr Lima tackled it right away.
