As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we provide low-cost treatments in a community setting, believing that regular access to acupuncture can prevent chronic disease and alleviate pain. Our sliding scale fees ensure care is available regardless of income, and we operate in a group clinic model inspired by traditional Asian practices. Our licensed practitioners bring decades of combined experience in treating diverse health conditions through acupuncture and herbal medicine.We prioritize patient safety with strict sanitation protocols and mask requirements for those showing symptoms of illness. Located in Wailuku, Hawaii, we serve individuals from all walks of life without discrimination. As part of the POCA cooperative network, we uphold community acupuncture values nationwide. Questions
What are your current safety protocols?
Masks are required for symptomatic patients. We provide hand sanitizer and disinfect surfaces between appointments. Treatments limited to 3-4 patients at a time.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with Kaiser, ASH, TriWest, and HMSA. Can provide superbills for reimbursement. Check with us to verify your specific coverage details.
How does sliding scale pricing work?
Treatments priced $25-$60 based on your ability to pay. No income verification required. New patient fee is $15 plus treatment cost.
What conditions do you treat?
Chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, allergies, asthma, and post-viral symptoms. Our practitioners use acupuncture and herbs for holistic wellness solutions.
Are walk-ins accepted?
Appointments required for all visits. We space appointments to maintain safety. Limited openings may occasionally accommodate walk-ins.

Excellent acupuncture treatments, I will book weekly treatments. However, it is a bit nosy with the traffic going by and the door open. I will bring wax ear plugs next time to see if that makes a difference

Dr. Kepi (Debbie) is one of the best acupuncturists I've experienced. Her skill and expertise, coupled with her compassion and deep desire to "serve" and be of service, is commendable. Her clinic has blossomed into a sublime wellness center. It is a gift to the island.

My husband and I have been here a couple of times this year. I plan on scheduling my next visit. I had back pain for 3 years after a surgery. After 5 visits to the accupuncture the pain was completely gone.

Dr. Kepi is awesome. Went 3 times and she was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. If you are looking to quit smoking I highly recommend it. I do not have much cravings and don’t think about smoking much. Love Dr. Kepi 💕🙏
