Repairman Tom was very nice and professional. On time and did a great job explaining the problem and then fixing my 5year old Samsung dryer that was making a bad screeching noise due to a bad pully.

Terrible customer service. I would like the inner tub/drum of a washer replaced so I called to get a quote. I explained to the lady (and also the manager because the lady couldn't help) that the washer is not broken. I'm simply replacing the inner drum. The manager kept repeating "we will have to run a diagnostic in the field and see it." I told them there's nothing to diagnose - it's just a part replacement. (The washer is 3 years old and in good functioning condition. The replacement is really just because I don't want to bother with a deep clean) And he repeated the same line. It's like either

So I like fix everything myself. I couldn't get the water filter to install. I called a tech from the Appliance Care Company and he showed me how to fix it, then he fixed it, and now I know. It was quick, easy, and something I couldn't learn on YouTube. I was very thankful and didn't tell my wife I had to call a tech for this repair. Now I know who to call if any of my other appliances in my house breaks that I can't fix. Thanks guys for the quick repair and lesson. I have you in my speed dial.
