Scratchtown Brewing is SWT Energy's second brewery project and makes use of 24.09 kW of solar capacity and predictive, solar forecasting to make their beer made from locally sourced grain and hops some of the greenest in the nation. The Powell family approached SWT in 2019 with a simple request, provide backup power to critical loads with solar and battery systems. SWT met the challenge of providing backup power to such a large home with just two Powerwalls feeding one of the home's two 200 amp breaker panels. Once critical loads were identified, our electrician was able to isolate them to one breaker panel.
