When you arrive to an auction site, register for a bidder number and read the rules printed on or displayed on posters, brochures or handouts. Again, ask questions if you don't understand a policy. Inspect the property you're interested in, as most are sold at auction, on an "as is, where is" basis.

I think its fabulous! If I was wanting to auction anything I would definitely hire Goochsells and auctions to sell it, and the owner Mike Gooch is honest, hard working, dependable, and will treat you right. Mike handled the auction sale of my in-laws family home in Winchester. This was a sensitive issue due the recent passing of my father-in-law.
