You can check the terms of any auction by going to the auction page's Documents tab. Here is a sample Auction Terms document. You will be given a set of printed terms when you register at the auction, and the auctioneer will also announce the terms of the sale at the beginning of the auction. If you have any questions, call us at 855-353-1100 or talk to any Key personnel at the auction.

A "Preview Day" is almost always provided prior to the auction to give bidders an opportunity to inspect the goods to be auctioned. Use the opportunity to do your own evaluation and inspection. Remember, you are buying the items "AS IS" with no guarantees from the seller or auctioneer. The risk that an item is not exactly what you wanted should be considered when you decide how much to bid.

Once you have created an account, you will need to register with for each auction that you plan to bid with. This will take you to the catalog showing each item with a picture and a description. They are separate registrations. You only need register online if you are planning to bid online or it is an online only auction.
