Pop Pepper saw out his vision by opening a manufacturing plant that produced vinyl windows with double pane insulated glass. With the help of his sons they began to offer the installation of these products as well. As time passed Pepper's oldest son Leonard began to thrive in this industry and started selling these home improvements all over the tri-state area.
Eventually, as Pop Pepper began to slow down, his son Leonard was prepared to take his fathers visions to the next level. Leonard's vision was to relocate the manufacturing plant and showroom to Atlantic County, NJ. At this time, Atlantic County was booming from the casino industry but the presence of a full service home improvement contractor was not around.
