This is the 3rd funeral I have done here at Higgins and Bonner and wanted to take a moment this time to express my thanks to the owners and staff at Higgins and Bonner for how well they executed and made a difficult situation as easy as possible. Beautiful facility, well located and they handled everything "soup to nuts". Could not have been more accommodating and wanted to thank them all.

Unprofessional. my sister called yesterday and Brian was very nice and pleasant outlining prices for their services. When she called back today to let him know that we had cremated my father elsewhere and we would like to use his services for the visitation he laughed at her and said they were a packaged deal--the cremation and visitation--and commented that he doesn't run a hotel. my father passed away two days ago. unprofessional.
