Dr. Kaitlyn Brown is an amazing doctor. She is the first doctor to make me feel seen and heard. She listens and comes up with a solution. She is super kind and attentive and always makes me feel welcomed. I can not say enough about how great she is!

I am giving this location 1 star solely because of the PA Kaitlyn Brown. She has proven to be a fair provider who does not discriminate against patients and listens to their needs. However this office location has been horrible to work with over the past year. I always do early morning appointments and 100% of the time me and other patients are there before the receptionists.they never answer the phone for patient inquiries or call back.they are always overbooked and running behind 30mins-1 hour even for 1st thing in the morning appointmentsmost importantly I have been off of my Rx regimen

This is the Mosaic Comprehensive Care practice now in the Avance Care group. Health-at-every-size philosophy and strives to be enby/trans friendly. I've seen most practitioners here; all are competent, but I prefer to see one of the NPs. She's always on point with no BS. With the buyout, a lot of the front desk staff and the phlebotomist changed, which I think was a huge loss. The last time I got my blood drawn, there were multiple attempts , I was in tears...it was miserable and later I had bruising. The staff is super nice and efficient, never had a problem with them. Dr. Patkar is the Gold Standard. Knowledgeable, funny, strong willed, and honest, everything you can ask for from a doctor. Ill be going here until they get sick of me
