As with many of us grown adults, I've learned ways to cope with & cover over issues/challenges that keep coming up in my life. After hitting the same walls again and again, I recently decided to consider therapy. Working with Nathan has helped me to trace back and identify my problems to their roots, and to explore potential remedies. I won't solve my problems right away, but it has made a big difference to simply shed light on them.
Nathan's kind, supportive and firm presence has been of great help. I appreciate that he also focuses on what is working and how to expand that in one's life. Bonus
