We stopped here on a quick overnight to split up a drive that we had originally planned for only one day and we really enjoyed the place. If we were driving through the area again we would for sure stop here again! I was bummed that we missed out on the cookies that other reviews mentioned since we arrived after the office closed :)

I have stayed here off and on for the past 2 years, sometimes for a few months at a time. This park is, by far, one of the nicer parks with the most amenities I've stayed in. The new staff are ALWAYS doing maintenance to the park as well as cleaning laundry and shower facilities to ensure the users have the best experience. Renee and her husband communicate if there are issues. The family atmosphere around the holidays make it more like a home than an RV park. I highly recommend!!!!!

Only getting two star review because we had electrical problems in the morning, voltage was reading anywhere from 109 to 138 and shut things off twice inside our motorhome.
Definitely recommend using a power management system. Otherwise the campground is adequate easy access to the highway and staff was very friendly.

Wow what a perfect place to stop
Overnight while traveling on route 10. Its very quiet considering the location. It's near the highway so very convenient. It's very very clean and has a pool and showers. It also has a laundry and pavilion and ha really big fenced in dog area. The sites are level.it's obvious they take pride in their little campground. We will definitely stop there on our way back east on route 10. Can I get around you can I get behind the door

One of the worst parks I have ever stayed at went four months without internet and never received one discount for it. The day I had my camper moved the guy moving it showed up 45 min late and they charged for that day. They charge double for propane and charge crazy amounts for electric bills. All the managers do is ride around on their carts gossiping about residents the gossip was so bad that they even lost one employee over it during my stay. My girlfriend left her vehicle there for two weeks and they slowed a friend of theirs to strip the vehicle of parts before they hualed it off.. stay anywhere

While driving from Central Texas to Orlando fathers day weekend and returning the next, we encountered generator issues on our 32ft Class A that blocked our plans of stopping anywhere we wanted and necessitated nights be spent in RV parks. Cue spontaneous searching and I stumbled across this place. I'm so glad I did! The ladies at the front were incredibly nice and we had such a wonderful stay that we made sure to stop here on the way back and will keep them in mind the next time we come through here!

Had to cancel 4 days prior due to a tropical storm WARNING that forced us to change our route since hauling a travel trailer in that kind of weather is dangerous. They refused to refund even partial fees and told us we're out of luck. We paid for our entire stay in advance, and their policy states the deposit is forfeited if cancelled. They kept all of our payment. They should be cancelling reservations and refunding guests when a natural disaster is coming their way. Greedy business.

Nice looking park, easy to manover, long pull throughs. We stopped for one night, we did the night check in as the office was closed.
The space we pulled into was loaded with Fire Ants. We stopped by the office in the morning to pick up a receipt. We mentioned the ants, and were advised theyre always up especially after a rain.

Great park just off I-10 at exit 92. Made reservations for return home after Mardi Gras. Owner gave me price and then called back to apologize that she had given me wrong rate and spot would be less since Mardi Gras rate ended by then. Spots are level with gravel and picnic tables. Bob helped us park. Would definitely stay here next time we pass through.
