They had no flowers to show plus when I asked her questions on size of vase or types of flowers she acted uninterested.don't waste your time with bad customer service

My mother ordered me flowers for my birthday since I now live 12 hours away from home. The flower arrangement is GORGEOUS. But last night when I called to thank my parents, I was informed there should have been a balloon attached to the arrangement. I never got a balloon, just a stick that says "Happy Birthday"

These people don't deserve not even 1 star feedback. Very rude people all of those women. I called on mother's day for roses and told me to call back tomorrow. Can u believe that?..they literally said that. Very rude service acting like there're mad at the world. Don't go there, go elsewhere.

I paid $75 for an arrangement through Carmins, it was delivered on Mothers Day and looks absolutely terrible. I paid for roses, lilies, and it has green shrubbery and carnations. I'm very unsatisfied. I called to get a refund and got the run around, very rude service. Don't waste your money.
