Charline began her massage journey by enrolling at The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in 2011. She graduated 2 years later and received her Ohio State medical board license in 2013. After gaining valuable experience while working for various chiropractic and massage therapy practices she was able to branch out and started Essential Kneads Massage Therapy in 2015.

Multiple modalities or techniques can be used in therapeutic massage. A consultation with your therapist before your session will determine your specific needs. Below is a list of different disciplines we have been trained to use during our sessions. The therapist uses slow strokes as well as light kneading and slight manipulations.

Our signature class. A fusion of relaxing and supportive positions enhanced through touch and mindfulness. Students hold gentle, supported stretches for up to 10 minutes while a massage therapist massages various muscles groups, allowing for a head to toe massage in a single class. 1 therapist can serve up to 5 clients.
