Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is the largest orthopaedic surgery group in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We are proud of our growth and it all started from humble beginnings when our founder, Dr. George Carpenter, Sr. opened the first orthopaedic practice in Nashville in 1926. Ninety plus years later we are advancing the practice of orthopaedic surgery throughout Tennessee.

Our urgent care clinics offer extended clinic and weekend hours for any non-emergent sports, recreational or workers' compensation bone and joint-related injuries. There is parking available on Level B of the Harding Garage, located on your left, or continue straight until you see East/West Medical Plaza Parking on your right.
