Dr. S. R. Brown was the nicest doctor I have been too. Her bedside manner is fabulous. She wants the patient to feel comfortable and explains the what and why of the situation. I highly recommend her!

The office was very organized and flowed very well. Dr. Clendenin was very nice and had a great bedside manner. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood. I was very impressed with him. I would highly recommend him.

Great treatment and service. One star because I was injured in September of 2020 and Im STILL waiting on TOA to send me the necessary documentation to finalize my claim. Two documents are needed and they sent me only one a few weeks ago. Meanwhile my account status is delinquent and sent to collections. Seriously, my insurance company will pay that balance if TOA just sends me the CMS 1500. Ive called at least 10 times and spoken to 10 different people who all said they would send it and didnt. Shout out to Charmaine for being the only helpful one though and getting me one of the documents

This is a great place for quality of care. That being said, it is the WORST place for billing. I mean waiting 1 year to send a charge for something that was documented as paid 7 months prior because your prices doubled months AFTER the service concluded. What a joke.

Dr. Brown was efficient and explained everything to me in a comprehensive way. I was able to get in and out with everything I needed within 45 minutes, which is very quick for a doctors visit. I was more than satisfied.
