New Home Inspections

Many new homebuyers do not think about an inspection, but we recommend one. New construction has the potential for problems just like a pre-owned home. New construction inspections are performed after completion of construction, but prior to the final walk through with the builder. It is always a good idea to verify with the builder that utilities (gas, water, and electric) have been turned on for the inspection.
