Excellent Way Health and Wellness Center is a Faith Based Facility designed to assist its clients in achieving optimal health through homeostasis and wholeness, Spirit, Soul and Body.

We achieve this state of well being through the process and application of Basic Healthy living Principles we call the "Be-Attitudes" focusing on the science of orthomolecular nutrition, exercise, detoxing, whole food supplement implementation and "emotional baggage" weight loss.Through the use of time tested proven statutes, you can make the lifestyle change you need for abundant life and health.

Listening to our inherent wisdom draws us toward wholeness and health. And as the body and mind address and integrate what you've been resisting and release blocks and obstacles, you become free to soar. In this process, you let go of limiting perceptions that block even greater self trust and confidence, open your heart, your passion, and your attention to your inner being and a wisdom that is always there, but not always tapped.

When I was 16, I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. I was told that I would be on medication for the rest of my life. The thyroid medication did not produce the desired results.
