Been customers of Frank's since 2013. Just re-key and copies until our mortised lock latch stopped working. Frank's said that they "didn't carry our brand and couldn't get parts." So I called the manufacturer, who laughed and told me to find another locksmith. Good advise. Turns out there was a small internal spring that was broken. It took the new guy 15 minutes to repair. We always try to use small local businesses even when it costs a bit more. Makes me sad when it's not appreciated. Maybe They have more work than he can handle?
