I took my car in for a diagnosis, and got an honest and correct answer to the issue without the up-sell. I will definitely use their services again. The water pump on my Camry was giving out. I took the car to about 5 shops in Parker to get quotes, but they all seemed very high for what was being done (both the part and the labor).
Most wouldn't install a part I did not buy from them, and one shop even recommended I replace my alternator and quoted about $1200 for the whole repair even though there is a lot of overlap between those two jobs. I bought a water pump from O'Reilly, and Parker Automotive installed it for a very reasonable price.
