I have been calling for MONTHS trying to speak with a manager because my account continues to be charged $299 a month for a membership when I did not sign consent. I discussed treatment. Was going to move forward but then we decided to move in another direction because my husband became unemployed due to pandemic related shortages and I never came back in and signed anything or received any treatments. I've been calling for months trying to get a refund for the $1200 so far deducted from my account that have sent it into negative EVERY month because we are not budgeting for it and get the

I cancelled my membership on 1/14/21, but they never cancelled it. So, on 3/5/21, I submit another cancellation, it's now May 5th and they've still been charging my account and now won't answer the phone!!
