Ed was fantastic I started looking for an up grade to our canyon in November to surprise my husband for Christmas. D/t. The pandemic the manufacturing of the new vehicles was delayed. Ed made sure to keep.me up to date and as soon as he saw a truck coming in he knew I would be interested in, he wasted no time and called me. I went there to get a key made for my vehicle, a simple thing. After making 2 keys, I tried them and neither one worked in the doors, and one worked in the ignition if you wiggled it just right. Told the individual that was helping me they needed to be fixed. He took them back to modify. Then, they worked for the ignition but still not the doors. He then offered to give me a "10% discount for keys that didn't work the way they should, but tried telling me that is the most he could do and tried to pressure me into buying them. After I refused to buy items that didn't work, he proceeded to tell me

Below is my original review in quotes. These people read it and say I have the wrong dealership. Consider that. Wouldn't you KNOW that this type of thing happened at your dealership if it had? Is it worse that they aren't aware that this happened at their dealership or that they do know and are lying that it didn't? The service record is under my spouse's name. If they'd like my copy I'll gladly post another image of that. They can't even accept responsibility for this literal deathtrap they created for my family.
