Our purpose is to write a Will (or Trust) for every adult member of our community. If you have a good lawyer call them. If not, we invite you to visit or call us so that you can take writing a Will off your list of things to do. We charge reasonable prices. We also perform this simple task in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Estate Administration

Administering an estate is the process of transferring, in an orderly and documented fashion, the assets of a deceased individual to his/her beneficiaries in accordance with the laws of our state. It normally is necessary when an individual dies with assets in their name alone that are not designated.

If driving down Market Street (through Continental Square and past the old Courthouse) get into the left lane before you come to the street light at the corner of Market & Duke Streets. The Yorktowne Hotel sits there on your right. Turn left on Duke Street and get into the right lane. Park before the street light at Philadelphia Street.

At least every two (2) months our artwork changes! Most often we are blessed to display artworks from the York Art Association. A wonderful local conglomeration of artists that collectively display their art. We also display the works of our clients, local high school kids and other artists that reach out to us.
