Is it possible for a disaster to result in a positive experience? For us, the answer is YES! Because we had Kevin guiding the restoration process. We could not have been more pleased with the service we were given by Professional Restoration Technologies, and Kevin Cheatwood. We had a bathtub faucet leak into the guest room and our plumber suggested we call Kevin, who would work in conjunction with the insurance company. Kevin was heaven sent...he came immediately and got us on the road to mitigating damages, so that the disaster we could have had, became manageable. Even our insurance company, was very pleased with the whole situation. Kevin was prompt, courteous, and knew his stuff....5 Stars...

In August, a flooded kitchen led us to an excellent plumber, who repaired a pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the water heater. The plumber suggested we call Kevin Cheatwood at Professional Restoration Technologies to restore the flood damage. We did, and could not be more pleased with the results. Kevin commandeered the entire repair process, and by September the walls, cabinet, paint and flooring were repaired or replaced and back in operation. Kevin is truly the guy to call for restoration. We came home from the fireworks a few years ago to find half of our home flooded with an inch of water from a broken line under the kitchen sink. I kept Kevin's card because he cleaned our carpets a few months before when we moved in and he impressed me. When we called he came to the rescue.

My drain field failed and septic backed up and there was 2 inches of raw sewer water in my home. I called Professional Restoration Technologies and within the hour Mr. Cheatwood was at my home. He was prompt, professional and explained in detail what needed to be done. He worked with my insurance company through the entire process.
