Family owned and operated, Rack City Ribz offers a unique fusion between Southern Barbecue, Soul food and authentic Cuban Cuisine. We start off with our signature rub which we developed over time to form the flavor profile that separates Rack City Ribz from the rest. We then use a blend of local hardwoods to slow smoke our meats at the perfect temperature to lock in the authentic smoked flavor that can only be achieved over time.

You can spot Rack City Ribz by looking for our custom wrapped, state of the art, BBQ food trailer. Our food trailer is equipped with two all wood/charcoal smokers, and a full kitchen. Our trailer allows us to smoke all of our meats and prepare delicious Soul Food on site. Come and check us out and taste the difference of what true slow smoked, barbecue and Homemade Soul Food is all about.
