I do not recommend due to their horrible customer service. We signed a contract and paid the 10% deposit in April. We were told that it would be 4-6 months before the order would be in and they could install. Which was fine. The six months went with no word or updates. We contacted them the beginning of November and were told that the order was expected November 9th and that they would contact us shortly after to schedule install. It is now December 16th with no further contact or updates from Larsons. I understand there are problems with materials to manufacture, etc; but taking money (over $1000

From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We started our experience working with Rene Hoosier who explained all of the options and was honest about what might work best for us and our home. After having another estimate completed by a competitor, Rene was a breath of fresh air. There wasn't any pressure, questions were answered, and an estimate was completed. At installation time, the installers were top notch. They took their time and clearly had been doing window replacement installations for a long time. Very helpful, answered questions, and made sure everything went right. The prices

I have been very pleased with my windows from this company. As a retired contractor I am more than a little picky about having things done right. I was very pleased and to say the truth surprised that there is still a company out there that provides great service, reasonable prices and honest courteous staff. The windows are really great with a huge difference in energy efficiency and reduced sound. I would highly recommend them and they will be my only choice when I replace more of my windows.
