Tech Spec Home Inspection Service was created in April of 2001 to serve Champaign county and surrounding areas. Tech Spec has implemented a few basic principles from the start: honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I don't desire to be the largest inspection firm in the area; however, my goal is to be the best inspection firm in the area.

Tech Spec offers a variety of inspection services for both residental and commercial customers including mechanical inspections, new constriction inspections, and final walk throughs. In addition to providing East Central Illinois with safety inspections and consultations, I perform a variety of environmental testing services for your peace of mind including radon, water, lead, mold and allergens.

If the location of the inspection is outside of Champaign, if it consists of multiple buildings, and/or if the building(s) to be inspected combined are larger than 3,500 square feet it may require more than a single timeslot to complete.While we will accommodate such requests to the best of our ability it may not be possible to perform the inspection at the requested date and time if the following timeslot is already booked.
