Located in Historic Germantown, Tipsy Cafe & Catering is a purveyor of fine Contempary Food from the esteemed Chef Anh Vongbandith. Tipsy Cafe & Catering was created to share contemporary style foods in the Philadelphia area. Flavors are a mixture from Chef Anh's background and travels. We strive on creating fresh, healthy, and affordable foods.
Almost all of our sauces, marinades and spices are created in-house. All burgers, wings, etc are always fresh and never frozen. Tipsy Cafe is a take out restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with a large emphasis on catering pick-up and delivery. We also participate with off-site catering and events upon requests.
