I just recently moved to Boston for a job. The move was completely last minute and I was crunched on time to find a place while starting my new job. Definitely stressful! Paul Phillips is who I worked with and he went above and beyond! Within a matter of a week, he helped me find my beautiful apartment in Somerville. He was responsive to all forms of communication: texts, phone calls, and emails.

I saw the listing for an apartment online that checked all of our boxes in Brookline. We worked with Bill Hunt at Metro Realty and were quickly approved for the apartment. Bill set up an in-person tour within days, and also identified additional properties that met our criteria. He impressed us with his deep knowledge of the property, unit, and neighborhood. My husband and I were looking for our first rental in Boston, when we saw a unit posted online. Samantha Abreu contacted us, and since we were short with time (we were traveling abroad the next day), she was able to find three apartments in our price range for us to visit on the same day. She was very professional and on time. Sam guided us in the entire process and was very patient when we had issues signing the contract and making the first payment, since we were in Argentina. I have no doubt that she will be the first to know when we decide to look for our next home.

She got back to me in a timely manner, and showing me listings of only what I required. She even emailed me happy birthday, the simplest kindest act.
